Key responsibilities

  • Enterprise Architecture: Utilize frameworks such as TOGAF and Bizbok to support the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and solutions.
  • Business Process Improvement: Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving and rationalizing business processes. Apply methodologies such as Six Sigma to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Project Management: Manage and contribute to various business and IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective utilization of resources.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and provide insights that drive decision-making.
  • Documentation and Analysis: Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and architectural diagrams. Conduct thorough analysis to support business cases and project justifications.
  • Change Management: Assist in managing changes in business processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Certification and Standards: Apply best practices and standards in business analysis, including maintaining relevant certifications such as CBPA, CBPP, or CBPL.

Role requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Demonstrated experience with enterprise architecture frameworks or methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Bizbok).
  • Business Process Improvement: Proven experience in leading or participating in business process improvement and rationalization projects.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBPA, CBPP, or CBPL are a plus.
  • Methodologies: Experience with Six Sigma or similar methodologies for process improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in accounting, tax, or business advisory services is advantageous.
