Key responsibilities

  • Supports S4 solution configuration and technical development.
  • Conducts quality checks, code reviews, and enforces industry-standard development practices.
  • Engages with IT delivery partners to implement industry-standard solutions using forward platforms.
  • Utilizes extensive IT development knowledge at the domain level to support change management and business technology adoption.
  • Participates in cross-functional development teams, analyzing complex business requirements.
  • Evaluates SAP roadmap and recommends tools, software, and implementation strategies.
  • Leads ERP transformation program scope, collaborating across teams for Practice Management System enhancement.
  • Fosters an environment where people and technology synergize for greater achievements.
  • Drives connections development to meet stakeholders’ and employees’ needs effectively.
  • Works closely with business and IT leadership, leveraging ERP solutions for organizational efficiency and growth.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Experience in SAP BTP Integration services, PI/PO/XI.
  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, CONCUR, COUPA).
  • Solid understanding of integration principles, technologies, and protocols.
  • Strong technology orientation in development areas such as ABAP, FIORI, custom applications, and extensions.
  • Hands-on delivery experience in Professional Services and Integrated Systems for large enterprises.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently in unstructured and collaborative environments.
  • Preference for candidates with international business experience and a passion for diverse team collaboration.
  • Flexibility for local and international travel.
