Key responsibilities

Supports S4 solution configuration and technical development.
Conducts quality checks, code reviews, and enforces industry-standard development practices.
Engages with IT delivery partners to implement industry-standard solutions using forward platforms.
Utilizes extensive IT development knowledge at the domain level to support change management and business technology adoption.
Participates in cross-functional development teams, analyzing complex business requirements.
Evaluates SAP roadmap and recommends tools, software, and implementation strategies.
Leads ERP transformation program scope, collaborating across teams for Practice Management System enhancement.
Fosters an environment where people and technology synergize for greater achievements.
Drives connections development to meet stakeholders’ and employees’ needs effectively.
Works closely with business and IT leadership, leveraging ERP solutions for organizational efficiency and growth.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Experience in SAP BTP Integration services, PI/PO/XI.
7+ years of experience in large-scale ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, CONCUR, COUPA).
Solid understanding of integration principles, technologies, and protocols.
Strong technology orientation in development areas such as ABAP, FIORI, custom applications, and extensions.
Hands-on delivery experience in Professional Services and Integrated Systems for large enterprises.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently in unstructured and collaborative environments.
Preference for candidates with international business experience and a passion for diverse team collaboration.
Flexibility for local and international travel.
