Testing Engineer – Global Bank

Key responsibilities

• Timely Execution: Complete testing activities within agreed timeframes collaboratively.
• Compliance: Adhere to all testing, risk, and compliance policies and procedures.
• Risk and Defect Analysis: Analyze program risks, defects, and issues using empirical evidence.
• Root Cause Analysis: Provide key insights for fact-based decisions and effectively communicate these decisions.
• Networking: Work with other business units and testing suppliers, including Technology units.
• Support: Assist squad members, understand team dependencies, and remove blockers.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders.
• Foster Collaboration: Promote teamwork across units.
• Professional Development: Mentor junior TAs, review documentation, create professional presentations, and present to senior stakeholders.
• Team Culture: Foster an open, friendly team culture aligned with our Global Banking client’s values.
