VP – Legal Entity Control/Regulatory Reporting

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of financial and regulatory reporting to the MAS
• Effective risk management of legal entities and compliance with the Group’s financial control, data management and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Partner with the business to drive capital/liquidity efficiencies and provide advice and analysis on regulatory changes by keeping abreast of regulatory developments.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and identify and drive automation, process improvement and efficiencies.
• Lead projects and ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders and/or MAS including finance regulatory projects driven by regulatory change, internal business changes or new business activities; and liaising with external auditors to ensure successful completion of audits
