We seek an experienced SAP Solution Architect who holds expertise in BW, SAC, Fiori and FI CO Modules and has been instrumental in Financial Institution space (Banking, Insurance, NBFC etc.)

Key responsibilities

Lead the effort in evaluating and revamping SAP systems and procedures to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.
Work closely with key stakeholders to grasp business needs and pinpoint opportunities for SAP revamping and streamlining.
Perform in-depth analysis and evaluation of existing SAP systems, setups, and customizations.
Identify areas ripe for enhancement and suggest creative solutions to boost SAP functionality and efficacy.
Oversee the planning and execution of SAP revamping initiatives, encompassing system updates, transitions, and process refinement.
Offer technical insight and direction to the development team, ensuring adherence to top-notch practices and norms throughout the revamping phase.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups, including SAP functional experts, to synchronize technical solutions with business demands.
Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to guarantee the dependability, resilience, and scalability of the revamped SAP systems.
Draft and maintain documentation related to SAP revamping endeavors, covering system structure, technical specifics, and deployment strategies.
Stay abreast of the latest SAP advancements, trends, and best practices, and furnish suggestions for system enhancements and refinements.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
10-2o years of extensive experience in SAP development, specializing in SAP S/4HANA and associated modules.
Profound familiarity with the SAP ABAP programming language, development tools, and SAP development methodologies.
Demonstrated track record in spearheading SAP re-design and optimization endeavors, displaying adeptness in independent work and accountability.
Comprehensive grasp of SAP system architecture, data models, and integration nodes.
Superior problem-solving and analytical acumen to detect pain points and propose efficacious remedies.
Proficiency in elucidating intricate SAP concepts and terminologies to non-technical stakeholders in a lucid and succinct manner.
Robust communication and interpersonal capabilities, facilitating fruitful collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Continual hands-on involvement in development and source code scrutiny.
Ability to guide and nurture development teams, extending guidance and assistance throughout the re-design process.
Desirable possession of SAP certifications pertinent to modules or technologies.
Prerequisite experience within a financial institution.
