Key responsibilities

  • As the key Asia leader to drive the strategic plannings, market development and execution for assigned product portfolio
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitive landscape
  • Convert market and business intelligence to develop marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with regional & local cross-functional teams to align the marketing visions, to localize the marketing strategies, to execute the product development and launch activities in assigned Asia countries, to achieve business goal and maximize market share
  • Develop in-Market & in-Region strategies for new product launch (from pre-launch to post-launch)
  • Drive the multichannel engagements towards end users, including both online and offline activities
  • Monitor product performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and customer feedback, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients when needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the team
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Business/ Marketing related disciplines
  • 10+ years of regional product marketing experience, preferably in medical device/ health solutions/ digital solutions/ pharmaceuticals
  • Open to candidate from anywhere, who has strong exposure in regional marketing and open to frequent travelling
  • Good Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Objective-oriented, self-motivated, passionate, dynamic, and independent
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
