Account Director / Associate Director – Enterprise Sales (IC)

They are looking for experienced B2B SaaS sales professionals to join the team as Account / Associate Director – Enterprise Sales (Individual Contributor role). In this role, the incumbents will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, develop and execute account plans, identify and prioritize customer needs, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing and executing account plans for strategic enterprise accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Identifying and prioritizing customer needs to provide customized solutions.
  • Identifying and engaging prospective clients through proactive prospecting, market research, and networking.
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to acquire new accounts.
  • Building a strong pipeline of potential customers and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by managing expectations and resolving issues.
  • Driving revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.

Role requirements

  • Professional degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience with B2B SaaS sales in hunting new enterprise logos, preferably within the HRMS/HCM/LMS domains.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Preferred experience in the software industry.
