Key responsibilities

  • Full spectrum of HR Operations and Administration
  • Full spectrum of payroll functions including regular CPF and IRAs preparations and submissions.
  • Submit monthly HR reports to Group Head of HR (training costs data and analysis, manpower costs vs budget, annual staff benefits budget, costs per hire, etc.)
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure employee records are updated regularly
  • Conduct induction for new employees as well as exit clearance of resignees
  • Provide full support for performance appraisal and management, increment and bonus payment
  • Responsible for all work pass matters as well as purchase of security bonds
  • Responsible for leave administration
  • Responsible for all Company’s insurances such as Workmen Injury Compensation, Hospital & Surgery, Public Liability, etc
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, includes handling foreign employees’ work passes, accommodation/transport

Role requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR operation support experience, preferably in multinational companies;
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English;
  • Well-versed with MOM and key government rules and regulations;
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, HRIS and various IT tools to gather / organise data and present information
  • Additional professional HR credentials are advantageous (eg: IHRP, SHRM, CIPD, ACLP, or similar)
