Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute diverse marketing campaigns to enhance brand image
  • Collaborate with regional teams on brand innovation and new product development
  • Manage social media content and monitor performance across multiple brands
  • Evaluate brand strategies and marketing communications for effective execution
  • Oversee A&P budget management under the SAP system
  • Ensure smooth coordination of daily operations with internal counterparts
  • Proactively analyze business performance and market trends for corrective action
  • Translate market insights into business potential and expand product portfolio footprint

Role requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related fields
  • Possess 5-7 years of solid experience in MNC or relevant FMCG industry
  • Demonstrate strong marketing sense and consumer research skills
  • Excel in project management and execution
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Exhibit strong business acumen, innovative thinking, and communication skills
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience in A&P expenses reimbursement under SAP system preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Nielsen market share platform desired
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin skills advantageous
