Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and culture.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-impact learning programs for a global workforce.
  • Lead the creation of competency frameworks, training delivery, and performance development plans.
  • Introduce innovative learning solutions and methodologies to improve program effectiveness.
  • Integrate talent development initiatives within the broader L&D strategy.
  • Support career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Coach and develop critical talent within the organization.

Role requirements

  • 13+ years of progressive experience in L&D, with at least 2 – 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Masters degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institute.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms.
