Key responsibilities

  • Drive the People agenda for the South East Asia region in accordance with business priorities
  • Responsible for the effective management of the full spectrum of HR in areas including but not limited to performance management, learning and talent development, talent acquisition, employee engagement & relations, compensation & benefits
  • Play an advisory role to business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives. Act as point of contact for complex HR issues, and provide strategic advice around work planning, organization design to support business performance
  • Provide leadership to country HR teams and collaborate with Regional Centres of Excellence to offer HR services aligned with global and corporate standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 12 to 15 years HR experience across the full spectrum of HR
  • Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities
  • Sound working knowledge of laws and regulations across South East Asia
  • Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Relocation assistance (if required) will be provided for the right candidate
