Key responsibilities

  • Plan and implement business strategies to achieve business goals
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to provide smooth and high-quality services
  • Collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals
  • Identify and acquire potential business partnership, including but not limited to insurance companies, TPAs and corporate partners
  • Familiar with both Hong Kong and GBA healthcare industry, policies, regulations and market trends
  • Assist the senior executive team in performing regular business review and monitoring business performance to generate business volume
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Healthcare/ Business/ Marketing and Communications, or medical related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of business development experience in private medical sector, with China exposure is preferred
  • Proactive, independent, self-motivated, customer-oriented & a good team player
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written)
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
