Regional Finance Business Partner (Manager/Senior Manager)

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Finance Partner: Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate financial insights into strategic decisions, supporting the overall success of the cluster.
• Financial Oversight: Manage financial operations, including audit, tax, and accounting functions, ensuring the integration of financial guidance into business strategies through profitability and performance analyses.
• Accurate Reporting: Ensure the preparation of precise and timely financial statements and reports for management, head office, regulatory authorities, and regional offices.
• Project Leadership: Lead integration projects post-acquisition, identify process improvements, and implement efficient solutions in collaboration with function heads and various teams.
• Technology Integration: Utilize advanced technological solutions like Oracle/SAP, automation, and data analytics to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cash and Capital Management: Oversee cash management processes, including forecasting and liquidity management, and drive initiatives to optimize the company’s capital allocation.
• Standards and Compliance: Establish and maintain standards, procedures, and internal controls in line with accounting standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
• Team Leadership and Development: Foster a team-based culture, providing mentorship and development opportunities to staff, and leading the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and audits.
