Key responsibilities

  • Develop annual business plans to drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and new product launch teams to enhance promotion effectiveness.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Negotiate contracts and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, initiating appropriate responses.
  • Pursue new business opportunities within the Food Service sector.
  • Create sales proposals for business presentations.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather market intelligence and perform basic business analysis.

Role requirements

  • 8-10 years of sales experience in HORECA segments
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management, leadership, and presentations.
  • Positive, results-driven, and self-motivated mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Numerically sensitive with strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Extensive sales network in the Food Service industry with a proven track record.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Sales Director role.
