Key responsibilities

Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of new micro catheters.
Collaborate with the R&D team to improve product ideas and specifications.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
Create and maintain project plans and reports.
Use your knowledge of micro catheter design and materials to solve technical problems.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Work with teams from R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Manufacturing.
Update senior management on project progress and challenges.
Ensure new products meet regulatory standards.
Prepare and review documents for regulatory approval.
Find ways to improve product development processes.
Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in medical device product development, with a focus on micro catheters.
Proven track record of managing successful product development projects.
Strong technical skills in catheter design and manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices (e.g., FDA, CE).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
