Key responsibilities

Provide device implantation procedural support, patient care & monitoring, clinical support patient monitoring, training & education
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trainings, and technical supports to HCPs
Educate patients and families regarding device function when needed
Ensure timely and proper documentation
Participate in the device recall team if necessary
Assist the business team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients when needed
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Biomedical, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Medical or relevant science disciplines
5-8 years of relevant experience with in medical device industry, preferably in cardiac and structural heart implantation area
Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication skills and analytical skills
Energetic, passionate, dynamic, independent and able to work under intense pressure
Objective-oriented, result-driven and have positive working attitude
Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Open to overseas candidates who are willing to be based in Taiwan
