Assistant Demand and Supply Planning Manager

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the demand forecasting, supply planning, and production planning processes to ensure the organization can effectively meet customer demand
• Maintain and update the master production schedule based on forecasted demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity
• Identify production bottlenecks or constraints and work with the Operations team to develop mitigation plans
• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimize inventory investment while maintaining appropriate safety stock
• Perform production planning analytics to identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiencies, reduce waste, and lower costs
• Support the implementation of demand and supply planning tools, processes, and reporting
