Key responsibilities

Partner with the Country Head, India to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and oversee the delivery and implementation of multiple programs.
Manage program lifecycles from conception through execution and evaluation.
Define and execute integrated program plans, addressing dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
Implement robust program governance using appropriate management tools.
Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and financial sustainability.
Ensure stakeholder commitments are met, documented, and communicated effectively.
Build trust and buy-in across all organizational levels through excellent communication.

Role requirements

Experience in setting up Global Capability Centers or Global Shared Services for global companies is a plus.
15+ years of experience in planning, managing, and delivering large, complex programs involving technology, people, and process change.
Proven track record in program management, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and risk assessment.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate outputs.
