Senior Accountant/ Assistant Accounting Manager – Property/ Hospitality Group

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Manager
• Oversee daily accounting operations, full sets of accounts and prepare monthly financial & management reports, budget & forecast
• Work on adhoc project as required

Hotel Group Accounting

• Oversee hotel operations accounting including pre-opening projects, managing fixed asset registry
• Prepare treasury planning & tax planning
• Ensure timely and accurate reports

Property Leasing Team Accounting

• Lease Accounting – oversee leasing-related matters for investment property both local and overseas
• Liaise with leasing agents to handle accounting, leasing, renovations, repair and maintenance matters
• Work closely with overseas team to review and report financial statements of overseas leasing projects
