Our client is a large global professional services firm with multiple business offerings and a solid footprint in the region and are looking for a person to head their corporate services business and support the managing director on both commercial and operational matters.

Key responsibilities

Manage the corporate secretarial team leads ensuring efficient portfolio and enquiries delegation and making sure the services provided are up to the standards and policies, as well as engage in complex requests and cases if necessary.
Establish and maintain the relationship with the clients and business partners, as well as identify new business opportunities and grow the client base.
Manage the team budget and be responsible for the target revenue.
Act as a nominee director for selected clients.
Ensure Compliance awareness and provide necessary training to the team.

Role requirements

15+ years of experience in Corporate Governance / Corporate Administration / Company Secretarial functions gained from sizeable professional/corporate services organizations.
Extensive and hands on experience in managing large portfolios of companies incorporated onshore and offshore, as well as awareness of the recent legal updates.
Strong knowledge of the industry landscape and current trends in the region and ability to spot the opportunities, engage with new clients and build partnerships.
Good leadership skills, maturity and ability to drive changes, and act as a role model.
Efficient communication skills to deliver messages to both teammates and senior stakeholders.
Growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit.
