Risk Transformation Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Transformation Lead for an MNC Bank in Bangalore to join the Risk Transformation team.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving risk transformation initiatives, enhancing risk management frameworks, and ensuring the effective implementation of risk strategies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of risk transformation programs.
  • Develop and enhance risk management frameworks and policies.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to risk management.

Role requirements

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in risk management and transformation roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certifications such as CRM, FRM, or PRM are a plus.
