Key responsibilities

  • Promote key products and services to current and potential clients in assigned territories to achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators
  • Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales target, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trainings, and technical supports to clients when needed
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or any life science related disciplines
  • 2-6 years of relevant sales experience with proven track record in medical industry, preferably in NICU/ PICU/ Wound care/ Surgical Consumables/ Cardiac.
  • Good physician network would be an advantage
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients
  • Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate and a good team-player
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
