Key responsibilities

  • Prepare the protocols and documentations to collect feedback from local customers and authorities
  • Develop and oversee clinical evaluation research studies on existing products, to evaluate the quality and integrity, to escalate quality issues, etc
  • Oversee and resolve operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project

teams and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), good clinical practice

(GCP) and specific country regulations

  • Provide medical expertise to support business development analysis e.g. market survey/ clinical studies to satisfy medical needs and potential market needs
  • Interpret clinical findings to new products/ new applications ideas
  • Help the team to drive local evidence dissemination & awareness
  • Budget planning for clinical trial studies if needed
  • Be responsible for clinical supply operations, site and vendor selection if needed

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any life science related disciplines
  • 4-8 years of relevant clinical research experience in CRO/ University/ Pharmaceutical/ Medical Device companies
  • Candidates with experience would be considered as Clinical Research Associate
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Objective-oriented, hands-on, self-motivated, passionate and a good team-player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
