Key responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications strategy, covering media relations, social media, employer branding, and thought leadership initiatives.
Design and execute a robust social media strategy, including content ideation, creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Oversee all media relations activities, including proactive outreach, relationship building with key journalists, and monitoring media coverage for opportunities.
Drive thought leadership for senior management by identifying and securing speaking engagements and partnerships with external events.
Craft impactful content for various formats, including leadership messages, articles, and presentations.
Work collaboratively with cross-regional teams on global projects and campaigns.

Role requirements

A minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
Exceptional communication skills.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing social media strategies, including content creation and community engagement.
Strong writing and editing abilities, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
