Fabric Manager

Key responsibilities

• Manage the fabric production process, including scheduling, monitoring, and adjusting production as needed to meet customer orders and maintain inventory levels
• Monitor sample fabric ordering process, testing and inspection
• Source and develop seasonal fabric, research on new fabric development and fashion trends
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
• Review and evaluate the performance of fabric mill and propose changes when necessary
• Collaborate with the design team to provide feedback on fabric performance and suggest improvements or new fabric developments
• Prepare production reports, inventory analyses, and other metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
