Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team and promote key products and services to current and potential clients in public and private sectors to achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators Ensure timely and effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies, and thus achieve sales target
  • Convert market and business intelligence to help develop sales and marketing strategies of existing and upcoming new products
  • Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales target, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trainings, and technical supports to clients
  • Case support in OT room is required
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Business Administration or any life science related disciplines
  • 4~6 years of relevant sales experience with proven track record within medical device industry; With team leading experience is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of medical equipment, devices, and solutions, including vascular/ imaging/ interventional products
  • Strong physician network would be an advantage
  • Good Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients
  • Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate and independent
  • Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
