We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner with 10-15 years of experience, specifically in global contact centres within the financial services sector. This role will support our clients Mumbai operations, driving strategic HR initiatives in close collaboration with the Head of HR.

Role requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 10-15 years in HR, with expertise in global contact centers in financial services.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, conflict resolution, knowledge of local labor laws, and independent work style.
