Project Manager, Metal Manufacturing (Station in Shenzhen)

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for assigned engineering projects, including scoping, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and task coordination
• Mentor and develop engineering and production team in developing products based on customer’s requirements and specification
• Understand customers needs from industries including electronics, watches, automotive etc. to facilitate product launches
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to identify and mitigate risks
• Provide technical oversight and hands-on engineering support for project activities, troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, design, and calculations to support project deliverables
