Key responsibilities

  • Report to the APAC Supply Chain, Logistics & Quality Head, with a mid-sized team
  • Lead and develop regional S&OP and implement world class strategies on sales, inventory and distribution planning in alignment with global agenda
  • Act as Change Management Champion to foster accelerated change and sustainable impact through the supply chain organization
  • Drive continuous improvement and transformation projects to streamline processes, improve agility, and adapt to future trends so to enhance the overall planning processes & systems
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global partners in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Retail and other function/ stakeholders to ensure effective communications and objectives aligned
  • Define KPIs and targets to manage performance review to drive for operational excellence with reliability and agility
  • Create a motivational and supporting work environment, and build & sustain a high- performance team by cultivating and amplifying individual and team strengths

Role requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of planning processes with the ability to implement continuous improvement and lead change
  • Minimum of 15 years of Supply Chain & Planning expertise gained from the retail sector
  • Strong supply chain experience in demand, sales, inventory and distribution planning with track record driving improvement
  • Robust leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals with diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent communications and influencing skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is a must for this role
