Head of Sourcing (Small Domestic Appliances)

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to support the company’s small appliances business, focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers globally to expand the supplier base and ensure a robust and diversified supply chain
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing small appliance suppliers, negotiating favorable commercial terms and monitoring supplier performance
• Work cross-functionally with product development, engineering, and quality teams to define technical specifications and quality standards for small appliances
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize material flow, inventory levels, and working capital
• Stay abreast of market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact small appliance sourcing
• Set and track sourcing KPIs such as supplier on-time delivery, defect rates, cost savings, and sustainability metrics
• Provide strategic sourcing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business growth and profitability goals
