They are looking for an Operations Team Lead, with responsibility for overseeing a team of staff within their Derivatives team, as well as driving process improvement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage the day-to-day processes within the Derivatives Team.
Lead a team, handle administrative duties, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Continuously review and enhance the end-to-end settlement processes.
Update and maintain the Policy and Procedure Manual as needed.
Spearhead Back Office System projects and drive automation initiatives.
Manage internal and external inspections and audits, ensuring full compliance with regulations.

Role requirements

Extensive experience in managing the complete settlement process as both a Trading and Clearing Member. Familiarity with global exchanges including ICE, SGX
Deep understanding of Futures and Options products and proficiency with various trading platforms.
Minimum 8 years operations experience – with prior team leadership experience.
