Key responsibilities

Draft balance sheets, profit-and-loss accounts, and annual reports in accordance with US GAAP or IFRS standards.
Review and prepare financial statements, annual statutory financial reports, and monthly / quarterly financial reports for clients.
Maintain client entity records, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and acting as a liaison for the firm’s Managing Director on risk management.
Coach, teach, and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Role requirements

A minimum of 7 years of working experience in the trust, financial services, or accounting industries, with at least 2-3 years of experience leading a team.
Qualified CA, preferably with experience in financial, accounting, and banking industries.
Previous experience at a Big Four accounting firm (compilation practice) or managing a portfolio of (Western) European clients is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
