Our client is a growing technology business and are looking for a Revenue Marketing Director to work with the CEO on the development and execution of a scalable marketing strategy to generate new business opportunities and meet/exceed the revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a thorough marketing-based pipeline generation strategy covering the key audiences and aimed at revenue expansion.
  • Create and implement targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns (including but not limited to paid advertising, email marketing, account-based marketing, events).
  • Organize and execute captivating events to enhance the target audience engagement.
  • Work in collaboration with the Sales team to ensure upselling and cross-selling.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the campaigns by examining their influence on the pipeline and analysing the revenue.

Role requirements

  • Strong educational background – a degree in Marketing / Business Administration / other relevant disciplines.
  • 8–12 years of experience in online B2B Marketing.
  • Experience in demand generation for Technology companies (software SaaS based or cloud based) is a must.
  • Data-centric approach to Marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (such as Marketo, Outreach, Drift, LeanData, Salesforce.com).
  • Excellent communication skills, commercial mindset, team player.
