Key responsibilities

Handle product development, costing, sampling and follow-up bulk production
Understand market trends and translate them into new product concepts and designs
Design and development product to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the quality and budget requirements
Conduct product testing and quality assurance to ensure products meet performance and quality standards
Monitor product performance in the market and collect customer feedback to inform future product improvements
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, technological advancements, and competitive landscape

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Textile/ Clothing/ Design or related subjects
Experience in design, product development, manufacturing, or a related role
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels
Passion for innovation and a track record of bringing successful new products to market
