Key responsibilities

• Cross-Border Transactions: Advise on the legal aspects of cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Legal Structures: Develop and implement effective business legal structures to optimize operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Tax Advisory: Provide expert tax advisory services related to various business strategies and transactions, collaborating closely with tax advisors and financial teams.
• Foreign Exchange Regulations: Provide legal advice on foreign exchange regulations and compliance matters to facilitate smooth international operations.
• Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to international transactions, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with applicable laws.
• Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks associated with cross-border operations and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business units, finance, and compliance teams, to ensure that legal advice aligns with business objectives.
