Field Service Team Lead (Medical Devices)

Key responsibilities

• Lead the field service team, to monitor daily operation and to ensure all workflow execution are up to standard and in line with departmental strategies and objectives
• Work closely with the business team to provide pre-sales demonstrations to customers
• Provide high quality installation services, corrective maintenance, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance services for medical equipment / devices on-site
• Keep closely relationship with clients and provide technical support, and conduct routine scheduled servicing (both preventative and reactive)
• Conduct after-sales service for products operation briefings and demonstrations to customers
• Comply with safety standards and legal regulations, as well as the company’s guidelines and procedures
