Key responsibilities

Review and analyze P&L attribution, and resolving any gaps in the P&L
Be involved in the testing of valuation and risk for new products
Familiarize with bank policies around model risk control, valuation services and risk and P/L control.
Have a detailed understanding of pricing concepts and model limitations, to be able to handle internal queries on Risk and valuation
Act a business partner and coordinate with various stakeholders such as the Front Office, Risk management valuations and operations team

Role requirements

Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in a Bank with experience in Product Control.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business and Economics.
Exposure to different financial instruments with experience in FX and Rates will be an added advantage.
Experience in P&L attribution, accounting, market risk reporting and regulatory reporting.
Ability to work with various stakeholders to identify gaps and resolve issues.
Experience in IT skills such as Alteryx, Tableau, VBA, C++, Python will be a plus
