1-year Fixed Term Contract – Global Fintech Client.

 

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner looking for an exciting opportunity to help scale a dynamic technology team? We are seeking a driven professional to join our engaged HR team and play a crucial role in attracting exceptional talent. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the growth of our client’s newly established development center in Bangalore, aiming to scale up to 80-100 technology professionals.

 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer, HR professionals, and hiring managers to lead our talent acquisition efforts. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our mission of hiring the best talent through creative and effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction.
  • Implement effective strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment plans with business needs.
  • Manage direct applications and coordinate with external agencies as required.
  • Recruitment Process Management.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments, ensuring a strong.

Role requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience.
  • At least 5+ years Tech hiring / product hiring.
  • Preferably with financial services – BFSI sector.
  • Flexibility Option: Hybrid, 3 days in-office with flexible work hours.
