Technical Designer

Key responsibilities

• Technical Specifications: Develop and maintain detailed technical packs, including garment specifications, construction details, and measurements.
• Sample Development: Collaborate with the design and production teams to create initial samples. Review samples for accuracy against tech packs and provide constructive feedback.
• Fit Analysis: Conduct fit sessions, analyze fit samples, and make recommendations for adjustments to achieve the desired fit and style.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between design, production, and vendors to ensure clear understanding of design intent and technical requirements.
• Quality Control: Monitor production processes and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all technical documents, including revisions and updates.
