Key responsibilities

Execute and monitor daily payment transactions (SWIFT) Sacross various platforms, ensuring compliance with accuracy and timeliness standards.
Conduct regular reconciliations to verify transaction records and resolve any account discrepancies.
Collaborate in system upgrades and testing for payment processes, coordinating with stakeholders and preparing necessary documentation
Develop and maintain operational procedures, support team training, and assist with additional tasks related to treasury and loan operations when required.

Role requirements

A bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ experience in payments.
Experience in Inward Remittances and SWIFT is a must.
Skilled in handling complex payment cases and resolving issues effectively.
Ability to communicate well with various stakeholders while involved in relevant projects.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders based in China.
