AVP – Oracle Cloud Implementation (Finance)

We are seeking a highly skilled AVP specializing in Oracle Fusion ERP, financial reporting, and data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP accounting functions with advanced expertise in SQL, financial reporting, and data warehouse applications. This role requires proven experience in managing end-to-end implementations of at least three ERP projects, with a deep understanding of modules such as DL, AP, AR, and procurement. You will lead a team, ensure accurate reporting, and drive efficiency in financial processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation and management of Oracle Fusion ERP accounting functions, focusing on financial reporting, AP, AR, and procurement modules.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the ERP accounting team, mentoring and guiding team members for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP with data warehouse applications for accurate reporting and data insights.
  • Utilize advanced SQL skills to analyze and optimize data queries, ensuring efficient and accurate data management and reporting.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and continuously improve ERP processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.

Role requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in ERP and financial reporting, with a minimum of 3 years in a team lead or manager capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP accounting functions, including financial reporting, AP, AR, procurement, and data warehouse applications.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations for a minimum of three ERP projects.
  • Ability to work shifts from 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
