Capital Reporting (Manager)

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily reporting processes and projects supporting internal regulatory reporting for the European consolidation group.
• Oversee the calculation of key capital adequacy metrics, including Basel III regulations and standardized approaches for market, counterparty credit, and settlement risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk Management, IT, and Legal, to validate data and define business requirements for process improvements.
• Lead the development of daily management information (MI) through advanced BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Respond to business queries, perform large exposure calculations, and monitor risk-weighted asset (RWA) movements to identify optimization opportunities.
