Our client is a MarTech solution provider in the Asia Pacific region which established in 2017. The company has built a solid reputation in serving 5,000+ local and international retail and e-commerce brands. They are looking for a Sales Development Representative and a Business Development Manager to join their sales team.

Key responsibilities

Build and sustain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, overseeing the sales process from initial outreach to meeting arrangements.
Conduct research to gather insights on potential clients, including their business needs and challenges, to pinpoint opportunities for our product.
Organize and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers, and follow up to advance them through the sales funnel.
Work closely with our marketing and business development teams to create and implement successful lead generation campaigns.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline status to sales management.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1 years+ sales experience for the Sales Development Representative position and 4 years+ experience for the Business Development Manager position
Experience on Marketing Tech SaaS’ is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, speaking fluently in English and Chinese is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
