VCC Fund Operations- Associate / AVP

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and global offices, to support the VCC fund.
• Ensure the fund umbrella complies with VCC regulations, maintaining management processes and risk control frameworks.
• Perform daily controls, address NAV/trade issues, and conduct bi-weekly calls and due diligence with custodians and administrators.
• Support fund launches, closures, and maintenance, while managing reporting requirements such as annual reports and regulatory filings.
• Deliver regular updates to the VCC Board of Directors through dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, operating procedures, and external regulatory requirements to meet compliance standards and safeguard the business from financial and reputational risks.
