Key responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Trade Show and Fair Attendance: Represent the company at trade shows, fairs, and industry events to showcase the company’s products and services.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, tracking performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment.

Role requirements

  • Degree in Business or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in sourcing or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
