Senior Leasing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Focus office, commercial & residential leasing
• Responsible for all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of leasing proposal.
• Maximize rental income and the property value
• Develop & maintain strong business relationship with tenant, agents and property managers to exceed leasing milestones
• Monitor occupancy / vacancy rates, turnover rates, traffic reports, and marketing effectiveness
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies to identify business opportunities and compiling various analysis and reports
• Work with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and asset enhancement works
• Keep updated to the market information & identify opportunities to increase the value of the properties through renewal
• Identify & keep up with market changes, trends, opportunities and competition challenges to ensure that ongoing marketing and programs are effective
