Key responsibilities

Implement and manage global market benchmarking data and market data analysis, ensuring compensation is externally competitive and aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy.
Review and analyse benefit plan design and renewals in alignment with global strategy and guiding principles.
Act as primary advisor on compensation-related matters, and partner with HR Business Partners to communicate compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and guidelines.
Manage the annual bonus and salary review process, including proposing a bonus matrix and preparing salary increase recommendations.
Drive the development and execution of compensation strategies that align with the company’s goals, culture, and budget.

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
6-8 years relevant experience in total rewards management; consulting background will be ideal
A team player with high interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel).
