Key responsibilities

  • Implement and manage global market benchmarking data and market data analysis, ensuring compensation is externally competitive and aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy.
  • Review and analyse benefit plan design and renewals in alignment with global strategy and guiding principles.
  • Act as primary advisor on compensation-related matters, and partner with HR Business Partners to communicate compensation philosophy, programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Manage the annual bonus and salary review process, including proposing a bonus matrix and preparing salary increase recommendations.
  • Drive the development and execution of compensation strategies that align with the company’s goals, culture, and budget.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • 6-8 years relevant experience in total rewards management; consulting background will be ideal
  • A team player with high interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel).
