Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop competitive compensation frameworks to attract and retain top talents.
  • Perform compensation and benefits analysis, participate in salary benchmarking, assess employee benefits, and conduct market pricing for new roles to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Spearhead the annual performance management cycle and review the salary adjustments and bonus payouts.
  • Oversee the payroll process and contribute to HR budgeting and management reporting activities.
  • Provide advice and recommend solutions on compensation and benefits-related matters to business stakeholders and HRBPs.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • 10-12 years relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits/ Total Rewards; preferably in a lead role with regional exposure
  • Experience in building Rewards infrastructure i.e. design of Compensation & Benefits programmes and policies
  • Hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills (advanced knowledge of Excel).
