Key responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor to Business Leaders around the People Agenda, including talent management and development, performance management, total rewards and employee relations to support organizational growth.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture.
  • Work closely with the broader HR team and participate in regional projects such as establishing legal entities, integrating global HR processes, driving diversity and inclusion, and supporting global mobility to align with business objectives.

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with minimally 10 to 12 years’ experience across the full spectrum of HR, with strengths in Business Partnering and delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Global HR experience is required, with exposure to APAC and UK or US markets being a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
  • Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and agility to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
