Key responsibilities

  • Act as a supporter-and-creator at the APAC zone level, working closely with the Senior Category Manager.
  • Integrated and consistent Marketing Plan supporter to zone level function (New Product Development, category strategy and management, , best practices sharing & marketing administrative work).
  • Assist in management reports preparation and analysis, including ongoing Brand Health and campaign tracking, category performance, product and pricing information, and analysis by working closely with the Senior Category Manager, country Product Managers & Analysis & Insight team.
  • Support the Senior Category Manager by liaising closely with Finance, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain, and country Product Managers to track and monitor New Product Development Progress and SKU Rationalization Project
  • Liaise and work closely with the Senior Category Manager and external agency (creative, research, licensing, etc.) on the regional brand campaign, collaboration project, and research study.

Role requirements

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the same or relevant capacity, preferably from FMCG or similar industry.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, and Malay. Candidates with knowledge of other languages, including Mandarin (Conversational, written, or both) will have an added advantage.
  • Well-disciplined with a growth mind-set, action-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, good time management & innovative.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills with a CAN-DO attitude.
  • Team player, with excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and determined to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • Willing to travel overseas whenever required.
